From the main entrance of Sandy Point State Park, head southwest on Sandy Point State Park Road. Continue straight for about 1.5 miles until you reach the exit for the park. Turn left onto Route 2 South (Governor Ritchie Highway). After approximately 3 miles, merge onto US-50 East towards Annapolis. Stay on US-50 for about 5 miles, and take the exit for Rowe Boulevard/MD-450. Follow Rowe Boulevard for about 1 mile, then turn right onto Spa View Avenue. Amos Garrett Waterfront Park will be on your left at 101 Spa View Ave, Annapolis, MD 21401. There may be parking available nearby, but check for any fees or restrictions.
