Car
From the main entrance of Sandy Point State Park, head southwest on Sandy Point State Park Road. Continue straight for about 1.5 miles until you reach the exit for the park. Turn left onto Route 2 South (Governor Ritchie Highway). After approximately 3 miles, merge onto US-50 East towards Annapolis. Stay on US-50 for about 5 miles, and take the exit for Rowe Boulevard/MD-450. Follow Rowe Boulevard for about 1 mile, then turn right onto Spa View Avenue. Amos Garrett Waterfront Park will be on your left at 101 Spa View Ave, Annapolis, MD 21401. There may be parking available nearby, but check for any fees or restrictions.

Public Transportation
If you're using public transportation, start by taking the Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) bus Route 70 from Sandy Point State Park. The bus will take you to the nearest metro station. Once at the station, transfer to the light rail line towards Hunt Valley. Get off at the Annapolis Junction Station. From there, you can take another MTA bus (Route 301) towards Annapolis.
