From Waldorf, head to the nearest bus stop for the Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) or the Charles County Transit. Take the Route 30 bus towards Washington, DC. Sit back and enjoy the ride as the bus travels approximately 25 miles. Get off at the stop at the intersection of Pennsylvania Avenue and 13th Street NW. From there, walk a short distance to One Freedom Plaza, located at 1301 Pennsylvania Avenue NW.

Make your way to the nearest train station in Waldorf, which is the La Plata Train Station. Board a MARC train on the Penn Line heading towards Washington, DC. The train ride takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Union Station, exit the station and transfer to the Metro. Take the Red Line towards Glenmont and get off at the Gallery Place-Chinatown station. From there, walk a few blocks west on G Street NW towards 13th Street NW, then turn left to reach One Freedom Plaza at 1301 Pennsylvania Avenue NW.

If you find yourself in central Waldorf and prefer walking, head towards the Waldorf Marketplace. From there, walk towards the intersection of Crain Highway (Route 301) and St. Charles Parkway. Follow St. Charles Parkway north until you reach the bus stop at the Charles County Transit station. If you are feeling adventurous and want to explore, you can walk along the scenic paths and parks in Waldorf before heading to the bus stop to take Route 30 to Washington, DC, and then walk to One Freedom Plaza.
