From Waldorf, head to the nearest bus stop where you can catch the Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) bus route 34. Board the bus heading towards the Branch Avenue Metro Station. During the ride, enjoy the scenery as you travel towards the metro station. Once you arrive at the Branch Avenue Metro Station, transfer to the Green Line towards Greenbelt. Travel north until you reach the L'Enfant Plaza Metro Station. Here, switch to the Blue Line towards Franconia-Springfield. Ride the Blue Line until you reach the Rosslyn Metro Station. From the Rosslyn Metro Station, exit and walk about 0.3 miles (approximately 6 minutes) northeast along Wilson Blvd to arrive at The View of DC located at 1201 Wilson Blvd.

If you're already in Waldorf and within walking distance of the local bus stop, start walking towards the nearest bus stop for the MTA route 34. Once you board the bus and reach the Branch Avenue Metro Station, follow the earlier instructions to transfer to the Green Line, then the Blue Line, and exit at the Rosslyn Metro Station. From the Rosslyn Metro Station, you will need to walk 0.3 miles northeast on Wilson Blvd. Ensure to stay on the sidewalks and keep an eye on street signs to guide you towards The View of DC.

For those who prefer cycling, rent a bike from a nearby bike-sharing program in Waldorf. Start your journey by heading northwest on Crain Hwy towards MD-5 N. Follow the bike path alongside MD-5 N, then take the exit towards the Route 301. Continue on Route 301 until you reach the intersection with the Beltway (I-495). Follow the signs for I-495, heading towards Virginia and take the exit for the George Washington Parkway. Continue on the Parkway until you reach Arlington. Once in Arlington, navigate towards Wilson Blvd and head to 1201 Wilson Blvd. Make sure to observe traffic rules and bike safely.
