From the center of Barnstable Village, head northeast on Main Street towards the Barnstable Town Hall. Continue on Main Street until you reach the intersection with Route 6A. Cross over Route 6A and continue straight onto Barnstable Road. After about 1 mile, you will reach the Barnstable Bus Station. From there, take the Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority bus towards Provincetown. The bus will take you directly to Provincetown, where you'll disembark at the main bus terminal. From the bus terminal, walk along Commercial Street for about 10 minutes until you reach the Provincetown Art Association and Museum at 460 Commercial St.

Starting at the Barnstable Bus Station, take the Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority bus heading towards Provincetown. The trip will take approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at the Provincetown bus terminal, exit the bus and head east on Commercial Street. Walk for about 10 minutes, and you will arrive at the Provincetown Art Association and Museum located at 460 Commercial St.
