Car
From the center of Pittsfield, head south on North St. (Route 7) for about 1.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Holmes Rd. Turn left onto Holmes Rd. Continue straight for approximately 1 mile; Herman Melville's Arrowhead will be on your right at 780 Holmes Rd, Pittsfield, MA 01201. There is parking available on-site.
Public Transportation
If you are using public transportation, take the Berkshire Regional Transit Authority (BRTA) bus service. Check the current BRTA schedule for routes that operate from your location in the Berkshires to Pittsfield. Once you arrive at the Pittsfield bus station, you can take a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft to get to 780 Holmes Rd, which is approximately 2 miles away.
