If you're driving from the center of Bristol County, take Route 24 South toward Fall River. Merge onto Route 495 South, and then take the exit for Route 3 South toward Cape Cod. Continue on Route 3 South until you reach exit 7 for Route 44 East toward Plymouth. Follow Route 44 East, which will merge into Route 3A. Continue on Route 3A until you reach Water Street in Plymouth. The Mayflower II will be on your right near the waterfront.
