From the Hyannis Transportation Center, take the Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority (CCRTA) bus towards Truro. Make sure to check the bus schedule for the most current times, as they may vary. Once on the bus, stay on until you reach the 'Truro Center' stop. From there, it is approximately a 15-minute walk to Truro Vineyards. Head east on Shore Road, and you will find Truro Vineyards located at 11 Shore Rd, North Truro, MA 02652.
Bicycle Rental
If you enjoy cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in Hyannis. Start by heading northeast on Main Street towards the Cape Cod Rail Trail. Follow the trail, which will eventually lead you towards North Truro. Once you reach Shore Road, turn left, and continue biking until you arrive at Truro Vineyards at 11 Shore Rd. The ride will take approximately 1 hour depending on your speed.
Walking
If you prefer walking, you can start from the Hyannis Main Street area. Head north towards Route 132 and follow the pedestrian paths. After about 1.5 miles, you will reach the intersection of Route 6. Cross over to Route 6 and continue heading towards North Truro. It will take approximately 2 to 3 hours of walking, so make sure to wear comfortable shoes and stay hydrated.
