If you're driving to the Framingham Historical Society from anywhere in MetroWest, start by getting onto I-90 E (Massachusetts Turnpike) from your current location. Continue on I-90 E for about 10 miles. Take exit 12 for I-495 N toward Worcester. Merge onto I-495 N and travel for approximately 3 miles. Take exit 23 for MA-9 E toward Framingham. After exiting, merge onto MA-9 E and continue for about 2 miles. Take the exit toward MA-126 N/Framingham/Metrowest Regional Transit Authority. Follow MA-126 N for about 1 mile. Turn left onto Vernon St. The Framingham Historical Society will be on your right at 16 Vernon St, Framingham, MA 01701. Parking is available on-site.

Disembark at the Framingham station. From there, you can either take a taxi or rideshare service to reach the Framingham Historical Society, which is approximately 1.5 miles away. If you prefer to walk, head southeast on Waverly St toward Lincoln St, then turn right onto Lincoln St. Continue straight until you reach Vernon St, and turn left. The Historical Society will be at 16 Vernon St. Keep in mind that train fares vary based on distance, typically ranging from $5 to $10 one way.
