If you're driving from New Bedford, take Route 18 North to Route 495 North. Merge onto Route 25 East towards Cape Cod. Follow signs for I-495 and merge onto I-495 North. Take exit 2B for Route 3 North towards Plymouth. Stay on Route 3 North until you reach exit 7 for Route 44 East. Follow Route 44 East until it merges into Samoset Street. Continue on Samoset Street, which will take you into downtown Plymouth, then turn left onto Water Street. Plymouth Rock will be on your right at 79 Water St.

From Fall River, take I-195 East and merge onto Route 24 North. Continue on Route 24 North until it merges into I-495 North. Follow the signs for I-495 North and then take exit 2B for Route 3 North towards Plymouth. Stay on Route 3 North until you reach exit 7 for Route 44 East. Follow Route 44 East into downtown Plymouth, where it merges into Samoset Street. Turn left onto Water Street, and Plymouth Rock will be on your right at 79 Water St.

If you are taking the bus, you can use the GATRA service. First, take the GATRA bus from your location to the nearest GATRA transfer station. From there, take the bus heading to Plymouth. The route will drop you off in downtown Plymouth. Once you arrive, walk towards Water Street. Plymouth Rock is located at 79 Water St, just a short walk from the bus stop.
