Public Transit
From Waltham, walk to the nearest bus stop serving the MBTA. Depending on your location, you may find stops along Main Street or Moody Street. Board the Route 70 or Route 553 bus heading towards Alewife. This will take you to Alewife Station. From Alewife, transfer to the Red Line towards Ashmont/Braintree. Get off at Park Street Station. Once you exit the station, follow the signs to the Green Line and board the Green Line 'C' train towards Government Center. Get off at the next stop, which is the Arlington stop. From there, walk south on Tremont St for about 5 minutes until you reach 139 Tremont St, where The Embrace is located.

If you are near the Waltham Common, start by heading south towards Main Street. Turn left onto Main Street and walk until you reach the bus stop. Take the Route 70 bus towards Alewife as described above. Alternatively, if you want to enjoy a longer walk, you can head towards the Alewife area directly, which is about a 4-mile walk. Walk along the scenic paths, and once you reach Alewife, follow the public transit instructions above.
Bicycle
If you prefer to bike, from Waltham, you can take the scenic route using the Charles River Greenway. Start at the river and bike towards the Alewife area. This route is about 4 miles long and is relatively flat and safe for biking. Once you reach Alewife, you can park your bike and take public transit as described above to get to The Embrace at 139 Tremont St.
