Public Transit - Bus
From Waltham, walk to the nearest bus stop for the 70 or 70A bus route. Board the bus heading towards Alewife. Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes until you reach the Alewife station. Transfer to the Alewife subway station and take the Red Line towards Ashmont. After approximately 25 minutes, get off at the Park Street station. From Park Street, transfer to the Green Line (C or D branch) and ride for 1 stop to the Copley station. Finally, exit the station, walk south for about 5 minutes along Clarendon Street, and turn left onto Columbus Avenue. The Saunders Castle at Park Plaza will be on your right at 130 Columbus Ave.

Start at the Waltham train station and board the MBTA Commuter Rail on the Fitchburg Line heading towards North Station. The ride will take around 30 minutes. Once you arrive at North Station, exit the train and follow the signs to the Orange Line subway. Take the Orange Line towards Forest Hills and get off at Haymarket station. From Haymarket, transfer to the Green Line at Government Center and take the Green Line towards D or C branch. Get off at Copley station. Exit the station and walk south for about 5 minutes along Clarendon Street, then turn left onto Columbus Avenue. The Saunders Castle at Park Plaza will be on your right at 130 Columbus Ave.

If you are already in downtown Waltham, you can simply walk to the nearest bus stop and take the 70 or 70A bus, or you can opt for a longer scenic walk. Walk east on Main Street towards the Charles River, then follow the river path. Continue to follow the path until you reach the Watertown Bridge. Cross the bridge and head towards Commonwealth Avenue. Continue on Commonwealth Avenue until you reach the Copley area, where you can turn onto Columbus Avenue and find the Saunders Castle at Park Plaza at 130 Columbus Ave.
