If you are in the city center of Nouakchott, start at the Place de l'Indépendance. From there, head southwest along Avenue Moussa Tavele. After about 1 kilometer, you will reach the intersection with Avenue de la République. Turn right onto Avenue de la République and continue walking for about 500 meters until you reach the roundabout. Take the first exit at the roundabout onto Avenue Gamal Abdel Nasser. Continue straight for approximately 700 meters. You will see Mosque Ould Abas on your left.
