Ensure your vehicle is suitable for off-road driving, as sections of this route may be rugged.

Public Transportation

From Tichit, look for shared taxis (known as 'sept-place') heading towards Nema. These taxis usually leave when full, so be prepared for a wait. The fare is approximately 500 Ouguiyas. Ask the driver specifically to drop you off near the Dahr Tichit cliffs. Once you reach the nearest point, you may need to walk the final few kilometers towards Dahr Tichit, as public transport may not reach directly to the cliffs. It's advisable to arrange for a local guide if you're unfamiliar with the area.
