Car
If you are driving to Seven Colored Earth Ground Zero, start from the center of Chamarel Coloured Earth. Head southwest on the main road (Route C1) towards La Gaulette. After about 2 kilometers, you will see signs directing you to 'Seven Colored Earth.' Turn left onto H95F and follow the road for approximately 1 kilometer. The entrance to the Seven Colored Earth site will be on your right at H95F+QF2, La Gaulette. There is parking available onsite, usually at no cost.
Public Transportation
To reach Seven Colored Earth Ground Zero using public transportation, start at the nearest bus stop in Chamarel. Look for a bus heading to La Gaulette, which operates regularly throughout the day. The ride should take around 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive in La Gaulette, you will need to walk approximately 1 kilometer along H95 toward the Seven Colored Earth site. Follow the signs for 'Seven Colored Earth', and you will reach the entrance without any issues. Be aware that there may be a small entrance fee to the site.
Taxi
For a more convenient option, consider taking a taxi from Chamarel Coloured Earth to Seven Colored Earth Ground Zero. You can easily hire a taxi from your hotel or any nearby taxi stand. The ride to the site takes about 10-15 minutes and should cost around 300-400 Mauritian Rupees (MUR). It's advisable to confirm the fare with the driver before starting your journey. Once you arrive, the taxi can wait for you or return at a pre-agreed time.
