If you are driving from Flacq, head southwest on the M1 highway. After approximately 10 km, take the exit towards St Pierre. Continue straight until you reach the intersection near St Pierre, then turn left onto the B5 road. Follow the B5 for about 5 km, and you will see signs directing you towards Le Pouce Mountain Peak. There is parking available at the base of the mountain.
Public Transportation
Start at the Flacq Bus Station and take a bus heading towards St Pierre. The ride will take about 30 minutes and cost around 40 MUR. Get off at the bus stop closest to the B5 road. From there, you can either walk along the B5 for about 2 km to reach the base of Le Pouce Mountain Peak or hail a local taxi for a more convenient option, which should cost about 100-150 MUR.

For a direct route, consider hiring a taxi from Flacq. Negotiate the fare beforehand; it should cost approximately 600-800 MUR for a round trip, depending on your negotiation skills and the time spent at the peak. The taxi will take you directly to the base of Le Pouce Mountain Peak.
