Giraffe Viewpoint: A Majestic Encounter in Cascavelle

Getting There

• Walking

  From the center of Flic en Flac, head towards the main road (Coastal Road). Walk along the Coastal Road heading towards the direction of Tamarin. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Route A3, which is approximately a 30-minute walk. You will pass several shops and restaurants along the way, so take your time to enjoy the local atmosphere. At the intersection, turn left onto Route A3 and continue walking for another 15 minutes. Look for signs indicating Cascavelle. After approximately 15 minutes, you will find the entrance to Giraffe Viewpoint on your right. Follow the path leading to the viewpoint.

• Public Transport (Bus)

  From Flic en Flac, walk to the nearest bus stop on the Coastal Road. Take a bus heading towards Tamarin and inform the driver to drop you off at the Cascavelle stop. The bus ride will take around 10-15 minutes. Once you get off, head back along Route A3 for about 10 minutes. Look out for the entrance to Giraffe Viewpoint on your left side.

• Bicycle Rental

  If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Flic en Flac. Once you have your bike, head towards the Coastal Road and continue cycling toward Tamarin. After approximately 30 minutes of cycling, you will reach the intersection with Route A3. Turn left onto Route A3 and continue cycling for another 15 minutes. Keep an eye out for Giraffe Viewpoint on your right side, where you can lock your bike before entering.
