If you are driving, start from the center of Ganga Talao. Head southwest on Route A10 towards the direction of the Grand Bassin. Continue straight for about 3 kilometers until you reach the entrance of Grand Bassin. You will find parking available near the entrance.

To reach Grand Bassin using public transportation, first, locate the nearest bus stop in Ganga Talao. Take a bus that heads towards the Black River region. Inform the driver that you are going to Grand Bassin. The bus fare is approximately 30-50 Mauritian Rupees. After about 15-20 minutes, the bus will drop you off near the entrance of Grand Bassin.
