If you are starting from the center of Mahebourg, head east on Royal Road (Rue Royale) towards the sea. Continue straight until you reach the waterfront area. Once you reach the waterfront, turn right onto the coastal path, which is a scenic route along the lagoon. Follow this path until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Rue des Hollandais. Continue walking along Rue des Hollandais for about 5 minutes. L’abreuvoir will be on your left at HPR5+QPM, with the historical landmark visible from the road.
