Walking
Start from the main beach area of Pointe aux Piments. Head towards the main road, Coastal Road (Route C 1). Walk north along the Coastal Road until you reach the intersection with Route A 5 (about a 15-minute walk). At this intersection, turn right onto Route A 5. Continue walking for approximately 20 minutes. You will begin to see signs for Le Pouce. As you approach, look for the footpath that leads to the base of the mountain. Follow the footpath up to reach the summit of Le Pouce, where you'll be rewarded with stunning views.
Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Pointe aux Piments. Start your ride on Coastal Road (Route C 1), heading north. After about 1.5 km, turn right onto Route A 5. Continue biking straight for approximately 3 km until you see signs for Le Pouce. Park your bicycle at the base of Le Pouce and take the footpath leading up the mountain. Enjoy the ride and the views along the way!
Public Transport
From Pointe aux Piments, walk to the nearest bus stop on Coastal Road. Take a bus heading towards Port Louis and notify the driver that you wish to get off near Le Pouce. It should take around 20-25 minutes. Once you get off, follow signs leading to the footpath that leads to the mountain. The walk from the bus stop to the base of Le Pouce will take about 10 minutes.
