Walking
From the center of Pointe aux Piments, head east towards the main coastal road (Coastal Road). As you reach the Coastal Road, turn left and continue walking along the road. After about 1 kilometer, you will reach the junction with the Route A5. Turn right onto Route A5 and walk for another 1.5 kilometers. Look for signs indicating Triolet, and continue straight until you reach the area of Triolet. You will need to ask locals for the exact path towards Solitude Lake as it is a nature preserve located slightly off the main roads. From Pointe aux Piments, walk to the nearest bus stop on the Coastal Road. Take a bus heading towards Triolet. The bus ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive in Triolet, ask the driver to let you off at the nearest stop to Solitude Lake. From there, you may need to walk a short distance (around 500 meters) to reach the lake. Make sure to confirm with locals for the best walking route to Solitude Lake.
