After passing the junction for Route A1, keep an eye out for signage pointing towards Surinam. Turn left onto Chemin de Surinam, and after about 1.5 kilometers, you'll find Le Batelage on your right, just past the local shops.

To reach Le Batelage using public transport, start at the Savanne bus terminal. Look for a bus heading towards Surinam; buses usually run every 30 minutes. The fare is approximately 25 Mauritian Rupees. Ask the driver to drop you off near the Chemin de Surinam stop. Once you get off, walk about 1 kilometer along Chemin de Surinam. Le Batelage will be on your left after you pass the local shops.
