If you are in the center of Tamarin, head west towards the coast. Walk along the main road (Coastal Road) until you reach the intersection with the road leading to La Preneuse (J9W6+5HC). Continue straight until you see signs for La Preneuse Beach. The beach is located just off the main road, and you will be able to access it by following the path down to the sand.

From any point in Tamarin, find the nearest bus stop on the Coastal Road. Board a bus heading towards Rivière Noire. Inform the driver you want to get off at La Preneuse. The journey should take about 10-15 minutes. Once you get off the bus, walk towards the beach following the signs that point you towards La Preneuse Beach.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Tamarin. Head west along the Coastal Road towards La Preneuse. After about 3 kilometers, you will see signage for La Preneuse Beach. There are bicycle paths available, and you can park your bicycle at designated spots near the beach entrance.
