Getting There

Walking
From the center of Tamarin, head east on Royal Road (also known as B9) towards the village of La Preneuse. Continue walking straight for about 1.5 km until you reach the junction at La Preneuse. At this junction, turn left onto the road leading to La Preneuse Beach. Walk alongside the beach for a scenic view until you reach the end of the beach, where you will find the path leading into the hills. Follow the path through the lush greenery for about 1 km, and you will start seeing signs for Tamarind Falls.

Public Transport (Bus)
From Tamarin, walk to the nearest bus stop at Tamarin Square. Take a bus heading towards 'Curepipe' or 'Henrietta'. Inform the bus driver that you're going to Tamarind Falls. The bus will take you through scenic areas, and after about 15-20 minutes, you will arrive at Henrietta Branch Road. Get off at the stop nearest to the entrance of Tamarind Falls. From there, follow the signs or ask a local for directions to the falls, which are about a 10-15 minute walk from the bus stop.

If you are comfortable biking, rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Tamarin. Start your journey by cycling along Royal Road (B9) heading towards La Preneuse. After about 1.5 km, turn left onto the road leading to La Preneuse Beach. Cycle along the beach and continue on the path that leads into the hills. It will take approximately 30-40 minutes to reach Tamarind Falls by bike, depending on your pace. Be cautious of the terrain as it can be steep and uneven in some areas.
