Walking
From the center of Koungou, head southwest on the main road towards the beach. Walk along the Avenue de la République, following the signs for Plage de Koungou. After about 1.5 kilometers, you will reach a fork in the road; take the left path that leads towards the coastline. Continue walking for another 500 meters, and you will see the entrance to Plage de Koungou on your right. Look for the sign indicating the beach, and follow the path leading down to the sand.
Bicycle
If you prefer to cycle, rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Koungou. Start from the central area and take Avenue de la République southwest towards the beach. After about 1.5 kilometers, you will approach a fork; keep left towards the coast. Cycle for another 500 meters, and you will find the entrance to Plage de Koungou on your right. Park your bicycle at the designated area near the beach entrance.
Public Transport
If available, take a local bus from Koungou towards the beach area. Look for a bus heading to 'Plage de Koungou' or any bus that mentions coastal stops. Once you board, stay on the bus for about 10-15 minutes. Disembark at the nearest stop to Plage de Koungou.
