Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving, head towards Mamoudzou, the capital of Mayotte. From Mamoudzou, take Route Nationale 1 (RN1) south towards Dzaoudzi. Continue along this road for approximately 30 minutes. As you approach Dzaoudzi, follow the signs directing you to Mayotte Découverte. The destination is located near the coast, and you can look for parking in the area or nearby parking lots.

• Public Transportation

  To reach Mayotte Découverte using public transportation, start at the main bus station in Mamoudzou. Look for a bus heading towards Dzaoudzi. The bus ride should take around 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive in Dzaoudzi, disembark at the nearest stop to the coast. From there, you can either walk (approximately 10-15 minutes) following signs to Mayotte Découverte or ask locals for directions.

• Taxi

  If you prefer a more direct route, you can hire a taxi from anywhere in Maore. Simply tell the driver you want to go to Mayotte Découverte near Dzaoudzi. The fare will depend on your starting location, but expect to pay around 15-20 euros from Mamoudzou. Taxis are a convenient option, especially if you are traveling in a group.

• Walking

  If you are already in Dzaoudzi, you can walk to Mayotte Découverte. Depending on your exact location in the town, it should take you about 10-20 minutes. Follow the coastline toward the north, and keep an eye out for signs indicating the direction to Mayotte Découverte.
