If you're starting from the Cabo San Lucas Marina, head east along the waterfront promenade. Continue on this path until you reach the main road, Calle 16 de Septiembre. Turn left on Calle 16 de Septiembre and walk straight until you reach Plaza Amelia Wilkes, which is a few blocks away. The Museum of Natural History will be located within the plaza on your right.

From your location in Cabo San Lucas, find the nearest bus stop which services the local routes. Take any bus that heads towards the Centro area or ask the driver to drop you off at Plaza Amelia Wilkes. Once you get off, the Museum of Natural History will be within walking distance in the plaza.

If you have access to a bicycle, start from the downtown area of Cabo San Lucas. Head towards the waterfront and follow the bike-friendly paths towards the marina. Once you reach the marina, turn onto Calle 16 de Septiembre and follow it until you reach Plaza Amelia Wilkes. The museum is located there in the plaza.
