If you're starting from the Cabo San Lucas marina, walk east along Avenida del Pescador until you reach the intersection with Avenida Miguel Angel. Turn left onto Avenida Miguel Angel and continue straight until you reach the main road (Carretera Transpeninsular). This should take about 20-25 minutes. Once you reach Carretera Transpeninsular, look for a bus stop nearby.

From the bus stop on Carretera Transpeninsular, look for a bus heading towards San José del Cabo. Buses run frequently, and the fare is very affordable (around 20 pesos). After about 15-20 minutes, ask the driver to let you know when you reach Palmilla Beach. The driver will drop you off at a stop near the beach entrance.
