Walking
From the center of Cabo San Lucas, head south on Avenida Lázaro Cárdenas toward the marina. Continue straight until you reach the marina boardwalk. Walk along the boardwalk, enjoying the views of the boats and the sea. After about 15 minutes, you will reach the end of the marina. From here, you can take a local water taxi that can take you closer to Faro Viejo. Ask the water taxi operator to drop you off at Faro Viejo, which is located on the coast.
Public Transport
Start at the main bus terminal in Cabo San Lucas, located on Avenida Lázaro Cárdenas. Take a local bus heading toward Todos Santos, and inform the driver you are going to Faro Viejo. The bus will take you along the scenic coastal road. After about 20-30 minutes, request the driver to stop when you see signs for Faro Viejo. Once you get off, follow the signs or ask locals for directions to the historical landmark.
Bicycle Rental
Rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Cabo San Lucas. Start by heading west on the main road, Avenida Lázaro Cárdenas, toward the coast. Continue cycling along the coastline for approximately 5 km. You will see signs pointing toward Faro Viejo. Follow the signs until you reach the landmark. Be sure to wear a helmet and stay on designated bike paths whenever possible.
