To reach DC Explorer Snorkel Tours located at Col. Centro, Matamoros 11 on Isla Mujeres, start by heading to the ferry terminal in Cancun. You can take a taxi or a public bus to the Puerto Juárez ferry terminal, which is located about 5 km from the hotel zone. At the ferry terminal, purchase a ticket for the Ultramar ferry to Isla Mujeres. The ferry ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Upon arriving at Isla Mujeres, exit the ferry terminal and walk straight towards the main road (Av. Miguel Hidalgo). Turn left and continue walking until you reach Col. Centro. Look for Matamoros Street, where DC Explorer is located at number 11. The tour office should be visible from the street.

If you are near the Cancun hotel zone, take a public bus marked 'Puerto Juárez' from any major street. The bus fare is inexpensive, and it will drop you off close to the ferry terminal. Once you arrive at the terminal, buy a ticket for the Ultramar ferry to Isla Mujeres. After a 15-20 minute ferry ride, disembark at Isla Mujeres. Walk straight towards Av. Miguel Hidalgo, turn left, and continue to Matamoros Street, where DC Explorer Snorkel Tours is located at number 11.
