From central Cancun, head to the nearest bus stop on Avenida Tulum, where you can catch a R1 or R2 bus that goes to the Hotel Zone. The journey will take approximately 20-30 minutes. Make sure to inform the driver that you want to get off at 'Malecón Tajamar' or look for the signs indicating the area. The bus will drop you off near the entrance of Malecón Tajamar.

Bicycle

If you prefer to bike, you can rent a bicycle from numerous rental shops in downtown Cancun. Head towards Avenida Tulum, then take a left onto Avenida Bonampak. Follow this avenue until you reach the Hotel Zone. Once you enter the Hotel Zone, navigate to Avenida Rbla. Fonatur where you'll find Malecón Tajamar. This route is approximately 7km and offers a scenic ride.

If you are staying in a nearby hotel in the Hotel Zone, you can walk to Malecón Tajamar. Start by heading to Avenida Rbla. Fonatur, and follow the road towards the waterfront.
