Once you arrive at the main bus station (Terminal de Autobuses), look for local buses or taxis heading towards Zona Centro. The fare for a local bus is approximately 10-15 MXN. Once in Zona Centro, you can either walk or take a taxi to the base of Cerro de San Miguel. Walking will take about 15-20 minutes.
