If you're starting from Guadalajara, take the highway Route 15 towards Tepic. This drive will take around 3-4 hours depending on traffic. As you approach Tepic, look for signs directing you to Route 200 towards the coast. Continue on Route 200 for approximately 1.5 hours until you reach La Peñita de Jaltemba. Once in La Peñita, follow local signs or use a GPS to navigate to Guayabitos, which is just a few minutes away.

From Guadalajara, head to the Nueva Terminal de Autobuses and purchase a ticket for a bus heading to Tepic. The bus ride takes approximately 4 hours. Once you arrive in Tepic, transfer to a bus heading to La Peñita de Jaltemba, which will take an additional 1-1.5 hours. Buses run frequently, but it's best to check the schedule in advance. Upon arriving in La Peñita, you can use local taxis or walk to reach Guayabitos, which is about 5 km away.
