If you are in the downtown area of Tuxtla Gutiérrez, head southeast towards Av. 1a. Sur Pte. You can ask locals for directions to Av. 1a. Sur Pte, as it is a well-known street. Once you reach Av. 1a. Sur Pte, continue walking south until you reach the intersection with Calle 14. Continue straight for about 300 meters, and you will see Parque Morelos Bicentenario on your left.

Locate the nearest bus stop in the downtown area. Buses labeled 'Parque' or routes heading towards 'La Lomita' typically stop near Parque Morelos Bicentenario. Board the bus (fare is approximately 10 pesos). Inform the driver you want to get off at Parque Morelos. After about 10-15 minutes, get off when you see signs for the park. Walk back a few meters to the entrance.
