To reach ZOOMAT from central Tuxtla Gutierrez, start by finding a bus stop along Avenida 5 de Febrero. Look for buses heading towards 'El Zapotal' or 'Cerro Hueco'. The fare is around 10 MXN. Once on the bus, stay on for approximately 20 to 25 minutes. Get off at the bus stop near Calzada Cerro Hueco, and from there, it’s a short 10-minute walk to ZOOMAT.
Taxi or Rideshare
For a more comfortable option, you can take a taxi or use a rideshare app like Uber. From the city center, the ride to ZOOMAT should take about 15 minutes, depending on traffic. The fare typically ranges from 50 to 100 MXN. Ask the driver to take you to Calz. Cerro Hueco s/n, which is the entrance to ZOOMAT.
Walking
If you are staying nearby, you might consider walking to ZOOMAT. From the central park (Parque de la Marimba), head north on Avenida 5 de Febrero for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach Calzada Cerro Hueco. Turn left and continue straight for approximately 1 kilometer until you see the entrance to ZOOMAT on your right. This walk will take around 25 to 30 minutes.
