If you are staying in the main tourist area of Ixtapa, start by walking towards the beach. Head south along Av. de los Cocoteros until you reach the beach. Continue walking along the beach until you see the entrance to Marina Ixtapa on your right. The marina is located at Muelle I, Canal 14, which is a short walk from the beach.
