Start by renting a bicycle from one of the rental shops in downtown Cozumel. Once you have your bike, head southeast on Avenida Rafael E. Melgar towards the main coastal road. Continue biking until you reach the intersection with Avenida 5. Turn left onto Avenida 5 and continue straight until you reach Carr Transversal. From there, follow Carr Transversal in the direction of km 10. The Mayan Bee Sanctuary will be on your right side.

Find a local taxi stand, which are usually located near major attractions or hotels in Cozumel. Inform the driver that you want to go to the Mayan Bee Sanctuary located at Carr Transversal km 10. The ride should take around 15-20 minutes. Be sure to confirm the fare before starting your journey, as taxis in Cozumel do not have meters.

Locate a Colectivo (shared taxi) stop in downtown Cozumel. These are usually found on Avenida Rafael E. Melgar. Board a Colectivo heading in the direction of San Miguel de Cozumel and ask the driver to drop you off at Carr Transversal km 10. The cost is usually low, and the ride will take about 20-30 minutes. Once you get off, you might need to walk a short distance to reach the entrance of the Mayan Bee Sanctuary.
