Take Line 2 of the Guadalajara Metro from the 'Juárez' station towards 'Tetlán'. Get off at 'San Juan de Dios' station. Exit the station and walk towards Avenida 16 de Septiembre. Catch bus number 73 or 60 towards Zapopan and get off at the 'Calle Eva Briseño' stop. Walk 5 minutes to Calle Eva Briseño 152-Interior 1, and you will find the museum on your right.
