Walking
If you are at the Guadalajara Cathedral, start by walking towards the Plaza de Armas. Exit the cathedral and head south on Avenida 16 de Septiembre. Continue walking straight for about 5 minutes, and you'll see the Plaza de Armas on your left, right at the intersection with Calle Pedro Moreno.
Public Transit (Bus)
Find the nearest bus stop and take a bus heading towards the Centro Histórico. Ensure the bus number is 616 or 629, which frequently pass this route. After approximately 10 minutes, get off at the stop named 'Av. 16 de Septiembre.' From there, walk a short distance towards the Plaza de Armas, which will be located just a block away on your left.
Taxi or Rideshare
If you prefer a more direct route, you can use a taxi or rideshare service like Uber. Input 'Plaza de Armas, Guadalajara' as your destination. The driver will take you directly to the plaza, which is located at Avenida 16 de Septiembre s/n, Zona Centro. The ride should take about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic.
Bicycle
If you're renting a bicycle, head towards Avenida Hidalgo and follow it until you reach Avenida 16 de Septiembre. Turn left and continue straight for about 1 kilometer. The Plaza de Armas will be on your right, situated between Calle Pedro Moreno and Calle Morelos.
