From the center of San Javier, head towards the main road, Avenida San Javier. Walk north until you reach the intersection with Calle 5 de Febrero. Turn right onto Calle 5 de Febrero and continue straight. You will pass several small shops and local eateries. Continue walking for about 15-20 minutes until you reach the end of this street.

Upon reaching the end of Calle 5 de Febrero, you will find the cable car station that leads to the Monumento Al Pipila. Purchase a ticket from the ticket counter; the cost is approximately 30 MXN for a round trip. Take the cable car up the hill, enjoying the scenic views of Guanajuato as you ascend. The ride will take about 5 minutes.

Once you arrive at the top, exit the cable car and follow the signs towards Monumento Al Pipila. It's a short 5-minute walk to the monument. You will see the large statue of Pipila as you approach, along with fantastic views of the city from the observation deck.
