Getting There

• Car

  If you are traveling by car from anywhere in Los Altos de Jalisco, head towards Highway 80. Once on Highway 80, drive towards Guadalajara. Take the exit for Zapopan and follow the signs for Plaza del Sol. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Calle Eva Briseño. Turn left onto Calle Eva Briseño. The Basílica de Nuestra Señora de Zapopan will be on your right at number 152. There is parking available nearby, but be prepared to pay a fee (approximately 30-50 MXN per hour).

• Public Transportation - Bus

  For those using public transportation, find a local bus terminal in Los Altos de Jalisco and look for buses heading towards Zapopan. You can take any bus that goes to Zapopan Centro. Inform the driver you want to stop at Calle Eva Briseño or near Basílica de Nuestra Señora de Zapopan. The fare is usually around 10-15 MXN. Once you get off, walk along Calle Eva Briseño; the basilica will be a few blocks away on your left.
