Camarón Sábalo south until it turns into Av. Rafael Buelna. Continue straight until you reach Av. Insurgentes, where you will turn left. Follow Av. Insurgentes and then turn right onto P.º del Centenario. Continue on P.º del Centenario until you reach the observation deck. There is no entrance fee to visit Mirador Paseo Centenario.
