Getting There

  • Metro

    If you are near a Metro station, take Line 2 (the Blue Line) towards Tasqueña. Get off at 'Bellas Artes' station. Upon exiting the station, head towards the main entrance of the Palacio de Bellas Artes, which is directly in front of you. From there, walk towards Avenida Hidalgo, and you will see Alameda Central just across the street.

    Look for any bus that goes towards 'Centro Histórico.' You can take Line 8 (the Green Line) towards Garibaldi. Get off at 'San Juan de Letrán.' From there, walk straight along Calle de San Juan de Letrán until you reach Avenida Hidalgo. Turn left, and Alameda Central will be in front of you.

    If you are staying near the Zócalo (the main square), you can walk to Alameda Central. Head west from the Zócalo along 16 de Septiembre street. Continue straight until you reach Avenida Juárez, then turn right. Walk until you reach Avenida Hidalgo, and you will find Alameda Central on your left.
