From anywhere in Mexico City, find your nearest Metro station. If you're starting from the historic center, use the Zócalo Metro station (Line 2 - Blue Line). Board the train heading towards Tasqueña. After 3 stops, get off at Bellas Artes station. Transfer to Line 8 (Green Line) in the direction of Garibaldi-Lagunilla. After 2 stops, you'll arrive at Garibaldi-Lagunilla station. Exit the station and you'll find yourself at the vibrant Garibaldi Square.

Locate the nearest bus stop and check for buses that head towards 'Centro Histórico' or 'Bellas Artes'. Buses such as 'Rutas 1, 8, and 9' are good options. Ride the bus until you reach the Bellas Artes area. From there, walk towards Av. 16 de Septiembre and continue straight until you reach Garibaldi Square, which is located just a few blocks away.

If you are in the Centro Histórico, you can walk to Garibaldi Square. Start at the Zócalo, the main square of the city. Head north on 16 de Septiembre street, which will lead you towards Bellas Artes. Continue walking past the Palacio de Bellas Artes and take a right onto Avenida 16 de Septiembre. Keep walking straight until you arrive at Garibaldi Square, which is a short 15-20 minute walk.
