Getting There

  • Metro

    If you are near a metro station, take Line 2 (the blue line) towards Tasqueña. Get off at the Zócalo/Tenochtitlan station. After exiting the station, follow the signs towards the Zócalo, which is the main square. The National Palace is located on the eastern side of the Zócalo. As you walk towards the square, you will see the impressive facade of the National Palace directly in front of you.

    Find a nearby bus stop and take a bus that heads towards the Centro Histórico. Several buses operate in this area. You can ask the driver or check the route map at the bus stop to ensure it stops near the Zócalo. Once you arrive at the Zócalo, the National Palace will be visible from the bus stop. Walk towards the eastern side of the square to reach the entrance.
