Getting There

  • Metro

    Take Line 2 (Blue Line) of the Mexico City Metro. If you are starting from the 'Pino Suárez' station, board the train heading towards 'Tasqueña'. Travel for one stop and get off at 'Zócalo/Tenochtitlan' station. Upon exiting the station, you will find yourself at the Zócalo, which is the main square. From there, the National Palace is located on the eastern side of the square. Just walk straight towards the large building with the beautiful façade.

  • Bus

    If you are near the 'Reforma' area, find a bus stop that has routes heading towards the historic center. Look for buses that display 'Centro Histórico' on their destination signs. Once on the bus, stay on until you reach the Zócalo. The National Palace is directly across from the Zócalo. As you exit the bus, walk towards the large building on the eastern side of the square.
