Getting There

• Metro

  To reach Plaza de la Constitución via Metro, take Line 2 (the Blue Line) and get off at the 'Zócalo' station. After exiting the train, follow the signs to the exit. Once you are outside the station, you will be right at the Zócalo area, and you can walk directly to Plaza de la Constitución, which is just a few steps away.

• Bus

  If you're taking a bus, look for routes that go to 'Centro Histórico'. Several buses, including Routes 1, 8, and 100, stop near Plaza de la Constitución. You can get off at the 'Pino Suárez' stop, which is a short walk from the plaza. Head towards the large square, and you will see the iconic buildings surrounding the Plaza de la Constitución.

• Walking

  If you are in the vicinity of Centro Histórico, you can easily walk to Plaza de la Constitución. Look for the major streets like 16 de Septiembre or Correo Mayor, and head towards the large square that you can see ahead. The plaza is surrounded by important landmarks such as the Metropolitan Cathedral to the east and the National Palace to the west.

• Taxi or Rideshare

  For a more comfortable option, you can use a taxi or a rideshare app like Uber. Simply enter 'Plaza de la Constitución' or 'Zócalo' as your destination. Your driver will take you directly to the plaza, dropping you off at the main entrance, close to the main attractions surrounding the area.
