Get off at the Pantitlán station, which is the last stop. From there, transfer to Line 5 (Yellow Line) towards Pantitlán and get off at the Iztapalapa station. Once you exit the Iztapalapa Metro station, you can either take a taxi or a local bus towards San Miguel Teotongo. Tell the driver to drop you off at Avisadero in San Miguel Teotongo. From here, it should be a short walk to your destination.
