If walking, head north on Avenida de los Insurgentes until you reach the intersection with Av. Paseo de la Reforma. The total walking distance is approximately 2.5 km, which should take about 30 minutes.
Bus

Catch a bus from any stop along Avenida de los Insurgentes that has routes heading towards the north. Look for buses labeled 'Paseo de la Reforma' or 'Polanco'. The bus fare is around 10 pesos. Stay on the bus until you reach the stop at 'Paseo de la Reforma', which is just a short walk to the museum. The bus ride takes about 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic.
Metro

If you prefer the metro, walk to the nearest metro station, which is 'Insurgentes' on Line 1 (the pink line). Take the train towards Pantitlán and transfer at 'Tacuba' station to Line 7 (the orange line). Then, take the train towards El Rosario and get off at 'Auditorio' station. From there, it is about a 15-minute walk to the Museo Nacional de Antropología via Paseo de la Reforma. The total metro fare is around 5 pesos.
