If you are near the Macroplaza, head to the 'Estación Gran Plaza' metro station. Take Line 2 (the blue line) towards 'Universidad'. After 2 stops, you will arrive at 'Estación San Bernabé'. From there, transfer to Line 1 (the gold line) towards 'Cuauhtémoc'. Travel 4 stops and get off at 'Estación Pino Suárez'. Once you exit the station, walk east along Av. Pino Suárez for about 5 minutes, and you will see the Arco de la Independencia on your right.
