If you are near the Macroplaza or the popular shopping area of Plaza Norte, you can take the Metro. Head to the 'Fundadores' station on Line 1 (the orange line). From there, take the Metro towards the 'General Anaya' station. After two stops, get off at the 'Juárez' station. Once you exit the station, walk towards the east for about 10 minutes, following the signs to 'Palacio Municipal' which will lead you to Ignacio Zaragoza & 5 de Mayo, where the Palace Museum is located.
